Jessica was born and raised in Havana, Cuba. She moved to Miami, Florida in 2005, where she later completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice, cum laude, from Florida International University. Jessica worked for a law firm in South Florida prior to earning her law degree from Emory University, School of Law.
During law school, Jessica was a Moot Court finalist, a writing award (Cali) recipient, and a leader of the Latin American Law Student Association. Currently, Jessica remains an active member of the Hispanic legal community, where she feels passionate about contributing back to those in need.
She is currently an associate at The Fowler Firm and focuses on the representation of people who have been injured in car accidents, trucking collisions, and various other personal injury matters. Jessica is fully bilingual, and aims to excel in her representation of those who have been wronged through no fault of their own.
When she is not practicing law, Jessica enjoys traveling, reading, cooking, volunteering in the community and church, and spending time with her family.
